Elk & Pine Property Management has been renting properties in Ontario for over 5 years. Our apartment building at 39 Barrie St in Cambridge was originally built in 1965 and fully renovated in 2025, offering five units that range from a bachelor suite to spacious 2-bedroom apartments.

Our seasonal cottage is a 3-bedroom monthly rental in Tiny Township on Georgian Bay — 100 feet from a public beach with three nearby access points. It's ideal for guests who want a longer stay with a hot tub, fenced yard, and quick beach access. We rent it on a 29-day minimum basis and rates are all-inclusive of water, hydro, and heat.
